On May 13, a course on speeches and hate crimes due to sexual orientation and gender identity was given at the Paulo Freire Permanent Adult Training Center in Vitoria-Gasteiz. The course started at 10:30 in the morning and ended two hours later. The facilitator was Elena Olaortua, where about twenty people gathered.
